Rubber Expansion Bellows

We are pioneer in Rubber Expansion Bellows. our Rubber Expansion Bellows are designed to take care of reactional forces like Thermal Expansion, Contraction, vibrationsetc, which otherwise break pipelines. These Rubber Expansion Joints are made up of Neoprene, EPDM, Silicone, Viton and also in Natural Rubber etc, Our Rubber Expansion Bellows are reinforced with specially treated Nylon, Rayon,Glass Fiber, Fiber, Steel Cord etc, by taking care of the designing for perfect balance between movements of Axial, Radial, Torsion and Angular and pressure bearing capacity. Himsan Polymer Rubber Expansion Bellows are available in sizes ranging from 1" NB to 72" NB with hydro testing upto 24-bar pressure.
These bellows are either integrated flange (metallic flanges are bonded with rubber) or split back-up flanges, and are made strictly as per the customer's design, drawing and specification. Our Expansion Joints are designed to alleviate stresses caused by thermal expansion and contraction in piping systems, noise and vibration.
Their flexibility permits connecting misaligned piping resulting from worn parts, foundat- ions settling and operation of system and mechanical equipment. Himsan Polymer Expansion Joints offer many user benefits over conventional metal connectors. They are non-corrosive, do not require gaskets, will not fatigue, requires small space, permit axial, lateral and angular movement, shock resistant, do not become brittle and eliminate electrolytic action.

Procedure for Collection Transfer and Disposal of Scrap

Scrap essentially consists of metal scrap (MS, SS, Aluminum etc.) arising from engineering fabrication work and fiber drums, HDPE drums, carboys and polythene covers etc. from raw material packaging.Collection of Scrap: Scrap collection points are identified at the following locations. Scrap arising are placed in the above collection points. Scrap from these points are periodically shifted to scrap disposal yard outside Scrap segregation is done at disposal yard – namely as MS, SS, Aluminum, HDPE drums, carboys, fiber drums, polyethylene bags and cardboard cartons. Scrap is disposed from the disposal yard. Collection , Transfer, Disposal of Scrap, segregation

Preparation of mercuric acetate solution 10 percent

Pour about 75 ml of Glacial Acetic Acid into a 250 ml capacity beaker. Weigh 10.0 grams of Mercuric Acetate LR and transfer slowly, into above-said beaker, though it‘s sidewalls, while gentle mixing by using a glass rod. Transfer prepared solution into a 100 ml volumetric flask, by using a glass funnel. Rinse the beaker and funnel with few ml of Glacial Acetic Acid, and allow to add into the contents of volumetric flask. Make up the volumetric flask to mark with Glacial Acetic Acid , remove the funnel, keep the lid to close the volumetric flask and shake gently to mix the solution. Transfer the prepared solution into a suitable container and label with all necessary details. The resultant solution is having the concentration of 10.0% w/v.
