PROCEDURE
All new employees shall be subjected to complete medical checkup as per format no. xxxxx
Employees working in the cephalosporin manufacturing area shall be tested for cephalosporin resistance. The employees who have cephalosporin resistance only shall be allowed to work in those areas.
Occupational exposure (i.e. Chemical Exposure, Noise Exposure etc.,) & Health Effects shall be conducted and data shall be generated during periodical medical examination.
Audiometric Test shall be conducted for the employees who are working in D.G. & Boiler Operations during pre-employment and periodical medical examinations.
Medical checkup shall be conducted for all employees once in a year as per format no. xxxxx
If any employee is found medically unfit, the employee is not allowed to work till he attains medical fitness.
