O-Rings

An O-Ring is a simple and versatile ring-shaped packing or sealing device with a circular cross section. The opposite side of an O Ring are squeezed between the walls of the cavity or gland into which the O -Ring is installed.
The zero clearance within the gland provides an effective sealing and blocking the flow of liquids, and gases through the glands. Internal pressure dynamics and static.
O-rings are available in a variety of materials, in both standard and custom sizes. Our proprietary compounds are designed to perform in a wide range of applications with varying chemical exposures, pressures and temperatures.
We bring wide assortments of silicone o-rings which all are widely used in different industrial applications. We are a well-known o-rings manufacturer and supplier, incepted in India. Made from top quality raw material, our silicone o-rings are world widely renowned for their high level of strength. We have a team of result oriented professionals having considerable expertise in the manufacturing and supplying of all kinds of rubber o-rings, silicone o-rings etc.

Procedure for Collection Transfer and Disposal of Scrap

Scrap essentially consists of metal scrap (MS, SS, Aluminum etc.) arising from engineering fabrication work and fiber drums, HDPE drums, carboys and polythene covers etc. from raw material packaging.Collection of Scrap: Scrap collection points are identified at the following locations. Scrap arising are placed in the above collection points. Scrap from these points are periodically shifted to scrap disposal yard outside Scrap segregation is done at disposal yard – namely as MS, SS, Aluminum, HDPE drums, carboys, fiber drums, polyethylene bags and cardboard cartons. Scrap is disposed from the disposal yard. Collection , Transfer, Disposal of Scrap, segregation

Preparation of mercuric acetate solution 10 percent

Pour about 75 ml of Glacial Acetic Acid into a 250 ml capacity beaker. Weigh 10.0 grams of Mercuric Acetate LR and transfer slowly, into above-said beaker, though it‘s sidewalls, while gentle mixing by using a glass rod. Transfer prepared solution into a 100 ml volumetric flask, by using a glass funnel. Rinse the beaker and funnel with few ml of Glacial Acetic Acid, and allow to add into the contents of volumetric flask. Make up the volumetric flask to mark with Glacial Acetic Acid , remove the funnel, keep the lid to close the volumetric flask and shake gently to mix the solution. Transfer the prepared solution into a suitable container and label with all necessary details. The resultant solution is having the concentration of 10.0% w/v.
