Employee Competency

Employee competency shall be prepared by Executive- HR in co-ordination with respective department heads in the format xxxxx. Competence shall be prepared based on the following requirements, but not limited to Personnel performing work affecting conformity to product requirements. General requirements such as communication skills, adaptability skills etc.,
Any other specifically required by the Head of respective departments. The Employee competency shall have the following requirement details, but not limited to Designation Department Qualification Experience Core competencies General competencies : The Employee competency shall be reviewed / revised as and when required.
