Operate and Maintain the Shimadzu LC 2010 Series Gradient HPLC System

To provide a procedure to operate and maintain the Shimadzu LC-2010 series, gradient HPLC system. This procedure is applicable for the HPLC used in the Quality Control department. It is the responsibility of all the personnel involved in the analysis using of the system. Check that the instrument and surroundings are clean, if not, clean with a soft cloth duster.
