To lay down the procedure for calibration of hplc. This sop is applicable for the calibration of hplc’s in qc / ipqc laboratories. Follow the respective sop for operation and carry out the following tests for the calibration of a hplc system as applicable.
Flow rate accurac, gradient composition acuracy, injection volume precision, oven temperature/sample chiller temperature.

Procedure for Collection Transfer and Disposal of Scrap

Scrap essentially consists of metal scrap (MS, SS, Aluminum etc.) arising from engineering fabrication work and fiber drums, HDPE drums, carboys and polythene covers etc. from raw material packaging.Collection of Scrap: Scrap collection points are identified at the following locations. Scrap arising are placed in the above collection points. Scrap from these points are periodically shifted to scrap disposal yard outside Scrap segregation is done at disposal yard – namely as MS, SS, Aluminum, HDPE drums, carboys, fiber drums, polyethylene bags and cardboard cartons.
