Preparation Of Dehydrated Media

Weigh 58.09 g of media in a butter paper using a clean weighing balance. Transfer the weighed media into clean bottle/beaker containing 1000 ml of distilled water/ Purified water. Adjust the final pH (at 250C) 6.9 ± 0.2.
Heat to dissolve the medium completely by keeping the beaker/bottle on the hot plate. Sterilize the media bottle in an autoclave at 121–1240C for 30 minutes. Avoid over heating of the media. After sterilization cool the media to 40 – 500C.

As soon as a Raw / Packing material consignment arrives at the factory gate, security personnel shall confirm that the material Security shall confirm the place of delivery from the concerned warehouse.
